Every business will be working on projects in one form or another. How a business manages these projects varies greatly depending on budget, resource, capability, complexity etc. You could hire a permanent Project Manager, get a full-time contractor in on a fixed term, you can have someone internal from your business manage a project.
These options are great but hiring permanent a Permanent PM is costly, typical Contractors charge eye watering rates and having non-PM trained staff manage projects takes people away from their day jobs plus the fact you miss out on that PM experience.

What’s the point in spending all that money / time / effort on implementing that project if you don’t get to see the benefits at the end? Whether you are starting, in progress or have recently implemented a project, a key piece often overlooked or missed is Change Management.
A project could be completed on-time, in budget and to scope but unless there is adequate change management the benefits realisation often falls short.
Regardless of what stage you are in on the project life cycle I can support in making sure those expected benefits are realised. This could be ensuring all stakeholders are included and bought into the project life cycle, making sure comms and execution are fit for purpose, qualifying and quantifying benefits prior to starting or ensuring there is an adequate method of quantifying benefits once live.
This can come in the form of an action plan for you to implement or full-blown management of the change process.
BUSINESS PROCESS & OPERATIONAL AUDITS
Often those pain points faced by businesses come down to processes. You know the ones. That operational process no one really knows but causes 90% of the noise in the business. The processes which drain hours and hours of resource every week to rectify. The ones people say ‘it’s just always been like this’.
I can help. I help translate those processes into meaningful and workable flows. Working across functions and departments to really understand how a process works.
You get two things out of this. The first is a detailed and accurate picture of the ‘as is’ process. That means everyone is on the same page and are aware of the pain points. The second is a recommended ‘to be’ process. This will demonstrate how your business processes could work. You will have actionable tasks /actions that will improve how your business operates (I can also support in the implementation of these tasks if needed).
